Early Spaghettoteca Campoleone plates are available with all types of sauce and pasta listed on the menu, with well over 300 sauces to delight any palate.
In addition to the classic pasta is available gluten-free pasta and penne with Kamut.
The rice dishes are prepared for at least two portions and are served during the week, not on Saturday and Sunday, also is prepared with "small portion".
"Slices" of raw dried pasta are:
- REDUCED with 100 g
- NORMAL with about 200 g
- ABUNDANT with 300 g
For our seasonings we use extra virgin olive oil.
Mushrooms used for sauces are exclusively frozen mushrooms, as well as some ingredients not in season.
